Initial Assessment

Analyze the project site, considering factors such as topography, climate, orientation, and  existing  structures. Evaluate any legal and regulatory constraints related to zoning, setbacks, and environmental impact.

Estimating & Budgeting

Establishing the project budget through consultation. Evaluating feasibility based on customer requirements, and budget availability of resources, including financial constraints and timeframes.

Design Process

Schematic Design

Develop initial design concepts based on client input and project requirements. Present conceptual sketches, floor plans, and elevations to the client for feedback.

Design Development:

Refine the chosen design concept, incorporating technical details and specifying materials. Create 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the final design.

Client Review and Approval

Construction & Documentations
